Before packing, the QC will add water to each product to test whether the pressure, temperature and steam volume are up to the normal standard to ensure the quality of each product. So there will be a little water left in the steamer!

Is it dangerous if I forget to unplug the handheld steam cleaner after using it? Our steamers have an anti-dry burn feature. Excessive temperatures inside the steaming bottle will burn off the seal of the safety valve, thus reducing the pressure inside the bottle. However, it is recommended to unplug the power supply in time!

Why can't I open the knobs after use? The steamer is still high temperature & high pressure inside the bottle after use, so the knob will not open. Simply leave it alone for a few minutes to wait for the temperature & pressure to drop, and then you can open the knob.
